Shipping & Returns
Our Comfort Guarantee
We want you to love your MARÉVA product and enjoy it for years to come. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, most items may be returned within 10 days of delivery for a refund to the original method of payment.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Items must be returned in the original packaging
- Products must be free of stains, odors, pet damage, tears, burns, or excessive wear
- Returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery
We may request photos of the product prior to approving a return. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
Return Shipping & Restocking Fees
Due to the size and cost of shipping lounge furniture:
- Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- If the original packaging is not available, the return fee may increase to 20% of the purchase price.
- Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
We can help arrange return shipping through our carriers and deduct the approved return fee from your refund. Customers may also arrange their own return shipping if preferred.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Bean bag filling or foam beads
- Clearance or discontinued products
- Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper care
- Products shipped outside the continental United States
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to the original method of payment
- Refunds typically process within 3–7 business days, depending on your financial institution
Return shipping and applicable fees will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item or color, you may return your product for a refund and place a new order.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast shipping. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that orders can be modified or cancelled after checkout. If you need to request a change, please contact our support team by emailing concierge@marevaliving.com as soon as possible.

- If you’re unsure about which color is right for your space, we recommend ordering fabric swatches. Please email concierge@marevaliving.com to request your swatches.

To begin a return, contact our support team at concierge@marevaliving.com with your:
- Order number
- Name and email used for purchase
- Reason for the return
Our team will provide return instructions and help coordinate pickup if needed.
