MARÉVA Limited Warranty Policy
At MARÉVA, we design products to deliver exceptional comfort, durability, and timeless coastal style. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and materials. This Limited Warranty outlines the coverage provided for MARÉVA loungers, footrests, and related products purchased directly from MARÉVA or an authorized retailer.
1-Year Limited Warranty — Construction Integrity
MARÉVA warrants that the structural construction of the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year.
This includes defects such as:
- Structural seam failure due to manufacturing defect
- Manufacturing defects that materially affect product performance
This warranty applies only to normal residential use.
1-Year Limited Warranty — Fabric & Stitching
MARÉVA warrants the exterior fabric and stitching against manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery.
This includes:
- Abnormal or premature seam separation
- Fabric defects resulting from manufacturing
- Unusual or excessive fading under normal residential outdoor exposure
This warranty does not cover normal wear, staining, misuse, or damage resulting from improper care or storage.
General Warranty Conditions & Exclusions
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by improper use, abuse, or neglect
- Improper storage or prolonged exposure to standing water or freezing conditions
- Commercial, rental, hospitality, or institutional use
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Pet damage, sharp objects, or chemical exposure
- Mold, mildew, or staining resulting from environmental conditions or lack of proper care
- Variations in color or texture resulting from natural material aging
- EPS bead breakdown, this is natural from regular use and not a defect
Warranty Claims
To submit a warranty claim, please contact concierge@marevaliving.com with:
- Proof of purchase
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and affected area
MARÉVA reserves the right to repair, replace, or offer a reasonable alternative solution at its sole discretion. Replacement products or components may vary slightly in color or texture due to material availability and natural product variation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MARÉVA shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product.
Transferability
This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
MARÉVA reserves the right to update or modify this warranty policy at any time without prior notice.
